Desde 25 de junho de 2026, as encomendas abaixo de 20€ incluem uma pequena taxa de envio.
O envio nunca é verdadeiramente gratuito. Mesmo que não o pague diretamente na finalização da compra, o custo tem de ser coberto algures. Costumávamos fazer isto incluindo-o nos preços dos nossos produtos, o que significava que estava sempre a pagá-lo sem se aperceber.
Decidimos fazer as coisas de forma diferente. Baixámos os preços dos nossos produtos e acrescentámos, em vez disso, uma taxa de envio transparente. Para uma única encomenda, o custo total mantém-se o mesmo. Mas se encomendar várias vezes, deixa de pagar custos de envio ocultos por cada unidade que encomenda. Só paga a taxa quando esta realmente se aplica.
Achamos que isso é simplesmente mais justo.
